SCGYP's - Returns and Refund Policy
We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please review our returns and refund policy below.
Returns:

- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Online Services (Subscription, Website Building- Hosting etc.)
- Downloadable software products
- Beauty and personal care items
- Perishable goods (such as food)
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [askme@scgyp.com] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds:
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- NO Refunds: (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, items not in original condition, or items returned more than [11] days after delivery).
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping:
- First Return Shipping is always FREE: We will cover the cost of return shipping for your first return from each order.
- Subsequent Return Shipping Costs: For any additional returns from the same order, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchange Shipping Costs: If you need to exchange an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
- Lost or Damaged Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges:
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [askme@scgyp.com] and we will provide instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item.
